My coaching will help you balance the many aspects of your life. Our sessions will encourage you to clarify, focus and channel your energy toward larger life goals.

 

I work with clients in many ways. Coaching sessions are usually an hour long and may be scheduled every week, every two weeks or periodically. You may want ongoing awareness, challenge and support.
